Homeowners are permitted to hold up to two garage or yard sales on their property per calendar year. They must obtain a permit each time they hold a garage sale. Permit numbers can be obtained by phone 440-949-7141 or by visiting City Hall. Sales can last no longer than three days. Signs to promote the sale must contain the permit number and be no larger than 28” by 36.” Signs must be posted on a stake on private property. They cannot be nailed or stapled to utility poles.
